Christmas Breads

A traditional Greek Christmas bread decorated with beautiful braids in the shape of a cross, with a whole walnut at its centre, and a dough filled with cranberries, oranges, raisins, walnuts, and the liquorice flavours of anise.

A dark, spiced rum bread from the central Italian city of Ferrara. Crushed black pepper, spices, dried citrus fruits, nuts, raisins and chocolates come together in a very special Christmas bread.
